Our Policies.
Cancellation
It is our goal to provide our clients with the best service possible at all times. Our cancellation policy is in place to allow our other guests the same experience all around. We understand things can come up at any time and life can get crazy however we have to uphold our policy in order to provide all of our clients a fair opportunity to book. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to pay a fee, no greater than, 25% of your scheduled service total. Any appointments cancelled less than 3 hours until your appointment will be required to pay a fee, no greater than, 50% of your scheduled chemical service total. All chemical appointments made after January 22nd, 2024 will be required to place a credit card on file upon booking.
No-Show
We do understand things can come up and you won't be able to make your appointment time. No worries! Call us and let's get you rescheduled! All appointments are equally important to us. If you do not show up for your appointment time and do not notify the salon within 24 hours of your appointment it will result in a fee equal to 100% of your scheduled chemical services.
If you fail to attend your appointment more than 2 times and do not pay the fee before booking your next appointment, you will be required to pay 75% of your chemical service upon booking. As of January 22nd, 2024 we will be requiring an active card to be put on file to ensure our policy is being upheld.
Late Policy
In order to keep our stylists running smoothly and allowing a fair experience for the other clients scheduled after, we will be implementing a 15 minute late policy. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will need to reschedule your service to another day. This allows our stylists to provide a phenomenal experience for every client sitting in their chair, without feeling rushed.
